These cookies are the best I've ever had! I think I have made at least four batches of these in just a month!
And that's saying something considering I hardly ever make the same recipe twice.
Not only are they vegan but they are also sugar free and have a good dose of extra fiber in them. Did I mention they are delicious as well?
This cookie recipe came out of necessity. I was going to remake the recipe for the Chocolate Agave Trail Mixers from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar but I was all out of whole wheat flour. I didn't want to use just white flour and I had some wheat bran sitting in cupboard so I decided to try using it. To my delight they turned out awesome!
